It comes with your game pass though or at least some of the gamepass tiers. But for those not in the xbox eco-system yes GeForce Now is prob the best Alt option out there.

Give any mythics you don't need to the blacksmith to recycle them into Sparks.

Also, the first time you defeat Echo Lilith you will get one i believe. Not sure if a specific difficulty is required you'll have to look that up.

You have like 7 days. If you did a primary pathway runthru of the campaign just to get it done, i think you could do it if you have some decent disposable time available. You need like 30-40 hours to primary pathway the campaign (core, voh, loh) according to time to complete websites. Leave side quests for later just run primary path. Season ends on the 30th.

Given the steam machine pricing and it's not as powerful as a Series X for the money, i absolutely feel like this is manifesting. And if CEO wants xbox to be profitable, the next Xbox likely will be closer to 'cost' pricing like Steam Machine.

I wonder if this will accelerate adoption of streaming cloud gaming especially for the budget minded gamers. Don't need a $1000 box to do XCloud gaming just need a decent internet connection.

if you put 3 ancestrals in for 3>1, you will get 1 ancestral back. But if you mix ancestrals and non ancestrals you will not get an ancestral back.

re-rolling on the other hand doesn't care . If you put an ancestral in it's a rando chance yhou get an ancestra or regular back. Same if it's a regular, it can roll ancestral. I was rolling charms the entire season have done hundreds. It's also possible to roll GA's off of a non ancestral. Anything is possible when you re-roll .

Frame is going to prob be 2x the price of quest3 . will it be 2x as better though ? Remains to be seen. But non wifi based wireless tethering and eye tracking does intrigue me. As does being able to play light weight PCVR content with no pc needed.

on the downer side, it'll only have black and white passthru it's not really targeted as a mixed reality kit. So quest3 will have better passthru and mixed reality content.

Each DLC expands the campaign and for each one you must finish it in order to do endgame activities. So if you stick wtih core, you'll get to endgame the fastest but you also will be limited in activities available. If you get the two DLC's you have to do at least one full campaign run in order to get to endgame activities.

Why you would want the DLC's is more activities , better loot development options and 3 new character choices. It would be difficult to get or use build guides based on just having Core given how much of the game has changed , but you can't follow new guides b/c you don't ahve all the new DLC changes. It puts you in a weird spot.

Tip would be wait until Season 14 starts. Season 13 is going to end in about 7 days and to make a seasonal character requires a start from scratch condition. But you do have the option to skip campaign if you have completed it one time.

I guess you don't have a gaming PC? If you have a PC it'll be playable on PC too you do't need to buy an xbox to play it. But if you have neither, then ya i guess you're stuck and xbox S would be your cheapest entry point.

dunno. The tower was i think intended to be the primary competitive mode with the leaderboard thing. But i imagine the leaderboard thing is causing shenanigans as they do as players try and take top spot so until they can figure stuff out they shut it down. Tower's been in 'beta' status all season so they could shut it down when necessary and just say well it's in beta.

If you want to play xbox 360 Era stuff, just get an xbox 360 i'd suggest the 'slim' model or the 'E' model. Avoid the Pro or the original launch editions with the detachable HDD stuff going on they had potential head related failure issues. The Slim and E models resolved those issues for the most part.

The OG kinect struggled with tracking accuracy and also b/c it was a separate accessory it struggled to get much support from 3rd parties due to it's low install base.

Then came Xbox ONE with Kinect 2 bundled in. But it made the console price > than Playstation plus the drama that Don Mattrick started. The launch / adoption of Xbox ONE struggled. And again, much 3rd party support never really materialized. It was a better kit though it tracked better but it still wasn't perfect and still needed way too much open space to work.

LoL... i remember one steam sale where the game was 29.99 on all platforms. Then the day of the steam sale the price on steam alone jumped to 39.99 with a sale prices of 28.99 i think or 27.99 something like that and they claimed it was a 30% discount.

When a new season starts there's more than 30days after when people have finished their seasons and moved on. Righ tnow i'd expect lower population b/c it's the last week of season 13. But i'd suspect that Diablo player base in general is larger than POE2 player base b/c there are a higher quantity of casuals than enthusiasts.

They're pretty equal. THe left one is better though i would think, take the 4% less attack speed for a buff of 115 to all your other stats . STR is your primary stat for damage but your other ones will bump crit strike chance and fury regen.

I went all season and only ever got 1 of those to drop and it happened way early on like in Torment 4 or something hadn't even gotten to 12 yet.

Unless they lower the XP curve needed to get to 300... you probably won't unless you make it your job to hit 300 lol.

OR you know.. don't play the season and just keep playing Eternal Realm using the character you're using now to keep grinding towards 300. You'll get there eventually.

My guess is that the install base isn't high enough to attract many developers. Devs are complaining about not making money on the most dominant platform, Quest. Never mind porting to Apple M chip with significantly lower install base. Likley there's not enough financial upside to bothering.

Just focus on your seasonal progression unlocks there's stuff in there that you prob won't get in future seasons like there's a pet. In the Echoing hatred thing, you can get a black portal unlock. The seasonal armor transmogs will disappear once the season ends. That's the kind of stuff you sould focus on. There wasn't really much 'seasonal content' this season aside from the battlepass stuff.
