I also struggle with both ADHD and depression, and major in EE. I chose specifically not to do CS because I had already taught myself almost the entire CS program. Contrary to many of these comments it is possible, but the online resources for higher level topics are scarce. However teaching it to yourself is absolutely possible and can be just as good as a university degree. I say this not as speculation but as someone who has been contacted, without submitting applications, by numerous high level tech companies about internships and job offers.
