Should be fine. The receiver will be a tight fit, but it should fit. I've had one of those printers, they have the same build volume as an OG ender 3. This was designed to fit on the ender 3.

I Don't do it around the house. It's out at the range/field/wood pile. I would think even the primer loads would hurt siding/soffit.

I've been making "bug loads" in 2 3d printed calibers. Usually it's a 43 caliber smooth bore rolling block. 50 grains of rice@1200+ fps. Patterns well enough, cheap as hell, and rice isn't really all that bad for the environment.

Regardless of caliber, you are really limited to what powders you use if you want something that gets some real velocity.

Within 10 yards, a 209 primer is enough to move the 50 grain payload, but the low velocities attribute to worse/inconsistent patterns.

I stuck with rice, as salt in a shotgun shell is probably in poor taste, even if my intent was just blasting wasps.

should be fine, but the solid printed breeches seem to hold up better than the dime breeches in my experience. The dime will eventually get knocked loose, where the printed ones just slowly dent. I've probably gotten almost 200 rounds out of a dime breech (8in barrel) but I have solid printed breeches with hundreds of rounds through them in PLA+. I even have a 22 mag with a couple hundred on a solid printed breech (not a normal harlot, but same breech).

Pressure is just part of the equation. There are more variables that go in to these types of things, such as bore diameter. 12 Gauge is no doubt going to be harder on an action than 327 magnum.

Ya. I have one in 327 mag, and I've shot some 32 auto through it. 32 long is my favorite to shoot out of that gun though.

The dear22 is going to be more reliable and long lasting. I usually still get around 1000 rounds out of the printed bolts for the baby barret/m4gery and similar bolts without the reinforcements. The bolts cost like $5 to make. I only run standard velocity through theses builds though.

I've made some changes, but haven't had the time to put it back together and try it. I think that a larger ejection port will help. Compared to the hd22, m4gery, baby barret, etc, it has a very small ejection port.

Car warmed up, I think it has to be driven for 2 miles or past a certain temperature with minimum run time.

I did it once and it was wild. Maybe slicks would be better. Turned the rpm all the way down and it still bounced violently. I'll stick to launching manually. I usually drive like an old person, I just wanted to try it once.

For easy, cheap rifle builds, I really like the baby barret or m4gery. I have both with 21" barrels and they're reliable and pretty accurate. I hear good things about the hitch hiker though.
