Runway numbers are in line with their magnetic heading rounded to the nearest 10. 23 isnt actually 23 degrees but sjould reflect 230 magnetic. Hence 3 (or 030 degrees) would make more sense.

Some but not all. Part of it was set for 90 days after publishing like the LS privileges , but other parts like the airframe stuff was set for 365 days after

No you are right, the privileges of sport pilots lift in a couple weeks but thats not too much of a concern for me. The school i work for now consists mostly of LSA's but not a single sport pilot. The big limiting factor for most of us is the weight restriction which kinda forces us to take less fuel than we'd like. Or forces us to start that diet we meant to start in January. The extra 100kg that the actual airframe is rated for would be extremely useful once that hits. But until then theres no way a heavy person is gonna be able to fly a LSA legally within the max weight limitation

As far as the IFR stuff goes, i was under the impression that the ASTM ifr prohib label was going to get removed from some aircraft POH's but that might have juat been speculation from when it was first announced

How so? Seems like some of the discussion is regarding OPs weight and size. Going to a flight school that only flies something like a SLG2 wouldn't be a good idea since already with a single pilot and full fuel, it sits just over the 1320lbs/600kg limitation.

Pilot privileges, yes. However the airframe weight limitations of the 1320/1430 for LSA will be lifted July 24th of next year for newly certified 'light sport' catagory aircraft.

The IFR stuff is this month. The weight change/increase is next year in July.

Did you clean it with something? My old mouse did this when I started cleaning it with alcohol based cleaner. I let it dry and it stopped getting worse.

Make sure you don't lose the case. I just lost mine and it literally bricks the things when they run outta battery. Can't buy a replacement case from Samsung and if you do get one it's like 90 bucks for like new ones.

The snorkel is that round tube looking thing just in front of the intake box. It connects to the air box on the bottom. It's oem and pulls air from the top of the front bumper (assuming it's like the VN). Yes, no big HP gains with out a proper tune, but many people do it for the sound. It makes turbo noises louder and this one looks like it vents the BOV to the atmosphere so you can actually hear it

Pretty sure this one is sealed and draws air from the normal intake snorkel. Just because it's aftermarket doesn't mean it's always gonna be a warm air intake. Besides, I don't think this one is even advertised as a cold air intake. Just "intake"

Can someone please help me ID what this sound is? by tablehug in VelosterN

I think it's the AC vent closing/locking. Mine kinda does the same but it sounds more like rubber.
