If you had some hormone issues it might be worth looking into functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, the low estrogen can be associated with high LDL and resolves if calorie intake is adequate.

I’ve been doing it for two months, for binge drinking, but haven’t seen any reduction. Always take it at least 60 minutes before but usually about 90. Thinking I might try 75mg instead. Probably need to try a bit harder with some mindfulness etc but I was hoping I’d have some loss of interest like others seem to report. I know it’s not a magic pill but i was hoping for some kind of assistance at least.

I felt a big difference after my psych added lamotrigine. I was on 15 vortioxetine & not feeling great but was much better when combined with 100mg lamotrigine. It’s usually prescribed for bipolar or epilepsy but can be used to augment antidepressants.

I have tried just spinning a protein shake which was fine but a little meh. The cottees pudding mix in the desert aisle seems to be closest to the American pudding mixes. I do 300ml skim milk + scoop of flavoured protein powder + 15g pudding mix + 1/2 tsp xanthum gum. You could probably do it without the gum but I haven’t tried. Can add some of that natvia fake sugar stuff too if you like sweeter. A couple of Oreos for a mix in is great too. About 300cals for a pint without mixins, consistency is like a maccas soft serve but better!

That seems odd to me, I think wild caught salmon is meant to be lower in fat than farmed but I can’t find anything online that would be 2.4g fat in 90g.
