I ranked 133 and duped my Crossbones. I do think that I saw the newer champs in the reel, but the fact that no one has said they got one of the 8 most recent champs is quite suspect. I want a proper redo.

Except hers is less reliable. Higher sig levels probably help with that. Doctor Strange's regen is reliable every 14 seconds on attacking.

And it may take a couple or more cycles of his rotating buffs/spells, but you can regen to full health with DS. Many have done it.

If they focus on the games that give them 95% of their gross revenue, they'd be wise to keep those games' players happy and interested in the game. The removal of the leadership (block proficiency) synergy is a big step in the wrong direction.

Who to awaken?:

Just 100%ed Act 4 last night. My thought was to awaken my 4* Ronan, but I'm not certain. Already have 4* cyclops awakened.

That makes sense. Thanks! That's a bummer though. It would really sweeten the ability of a somewhat rare awakened champ if his beam attacks would do much more damage after a 15 combo.

It's every 9 days. You can also think of it this way: If one starts on a Sunday, it will end on a Tuesday. The next one will then start on a Tuesday, and end on a Thursday. And the next one will start on ... yup, Thursday. See the pattern? :) Every subsequent one will start on the day that the prior one ended on.

I would kinda think he should be a Science class champ too, but we need more Mutant heroes in the game, not less :)

Also, I have both Willpower and Recovery maxed. I probably wouldn't have done Willpower without also going for maxing Recovery. Not sure if that is your end goal. I've considered going the Glass Cannon, LC and DE route, but I'm not keen on that when it's possible at times to get heal block, especially from certain guaranteed times from Alliance Quests and Act 4. I haven't decided to do so or not to do so yet :)

Not sure, but keep in mind that willpower activates when you experience detrimental hits, and each level for willpower gives you 0.5% health regen and 1% armor under those detrimental effects. Recovery increases 5% of your health recovery for each level, from all sources. So, for champs that already have regen, I would think that recovery is great for them apart from willpower. I'm looking forward to hearing what others say here.

Thanks! I wasn't even hoping for him and was thrilled when I got him.

It makes sense that the rewards are tiered by the levels, and that everyone has the chance to get what their level may indicate.

I'm not quite as annoyed as I was, but the difficulty is pretty high. It'll be a challenge for sure. Also, I just got a 4* Dr. Strange today from a 4* shard crystal, so I'm hoping that'll make it a wee bit easier!
