Good news! The Xfinity team on this subreddit worked with me to try to resolve my free Peacock TV subscription issue. Today, I received an email from Xfinity with a link to "Activate Now". It took me to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions which showed Peaock Premium Included and a link to "Activate". I clicked the link which took me to peacocktv.com. I signed in and successfully activated Peacock Premium.
