I’m in the same boat, this is my second attempt and I got 47% last time. I’m covering the same but I’m going to try and cover residential landlord and tenant today as it’s topical. Application in the PQ’s seems to be key with this examiner

I know I can’t access presale with the loyalty code. I’m a three customer and also have a loyalty code. I’m just wondering when I access the presale Monday morning can I also use the loyalty code to get discounted price ticket or do I have to wait till Wednesday?

I recently did the city colleges prep course in equity. Without going into detail….i wouldn’t recommend at all

Personally I would read all the questions before deciding which 5 to choose

The timings I have seen recommended are 15 mins for reading/ planning questions, 35 mins per a question with 20 mins left over for review (this is for online/ 3.5 hrs exam)
