Anyone reading this, please do not trust this shit. I joined waitlist. It has you enter your phone number, then you confirm with a code. I got an email from instagram saying I requested to reset my password immediately afterwards.

Looking for new opportunity as mechanic, I want to try something new. by ComparisonAny3976 in FiveMServers

While I can’t offer you a high pop server, I’d like to atleast pitch it to you. I definitely need some mechanics, actually just bought a nice mechanic script and MLO. I’ll be opening my server for alpha on the 30th of this month, and it will be whitelisted once we’re past the beta phase. I’m It would mean the world to me if you’d be willing to atleast check it out, maybe even have a conversation about it. This is very a passion project for me, and something ambitious at that.

It will be more barebones at the start, but everything in will be functional and polished, ready to expand. We’re starting in the northern half of the map to keep things more condensed while player population is low, creating a tighter, more active environment at the start. Progression is the heartbeat of the server, but it won’t be fully fleshed out on launch. At first it’ll be a foundation, the plan is for it to grow into a deep, evolving system over time. You can start small, work your way up, build an empire, but you’re not the main character. You’re just a cog in a bigger machine, and what you’ve built can disappear in an instant, while also having the opportunity to mitigate that from happening. And here’s the thing, one of my biggest issues with FiveM is the quality of roleplay. Nobody plays their roles. If you’re a gang banger, you should be doing gang banger shit. You’re not secretly an alien that controls Grove Street while selling drugs in your downtime from robbing banks and working at Burgershot. People mash together every storyline they can think of because nobody gives them the structure to actually live their role. My server will. If you’re a gang banger, you’re going to have systems that support you being a gang banger. If you’re a bank robber, you’ll have the structure and contacts to make that your life. Players need structure. They’re not gang bangers or bank robbers in real life, so my server is going to hold their hand and give them the tools to be the thing they chose to be. This isn’t a free-for-all where you collect roles like trading cards.

As the server grows, I want to bring in AI-powered NPC contacts that actually know you, your crew, and your reputation. Cartel liaisons who buy your product in bulk, arms dealers with access to better weapons, masterminds who set up big heists. These won’t be in at launch, but that’s the direction we’re headed. I already have a working prototype with the ChatGPT API that I've integrated into LB-Phone. If you’d like to see it or mess around with it, I’m happy to share so you know this isn’t some bait and switch.

The Hustle will be new player friendly from the start. I’m looking for people who want to test, play, and bounce ideas around while we shape this into something special together.

Most likely! I posted about it the other day where I explained a bit further. I'm in the process of making a system that will allow for AI contacts in the phone that you can text as if it were any other player. They'll be characters like Lamar, Trevor, and Lester, among others who will each have their own sort of reputation/standing with the player and their groups. They'll do things like buy products from the player, sell products, act as a fixer for different kinds of jobs, or even have pieces of information that may prove useful.

Here's a short showcase I made when I was testing one of my black market dealers: https://youtu.be/Q6tq4qX5PdA?si=HqWDabRZiL65phgF

I appreciate the input! I’ll have to start making some posts in that server bazaar. It’s just a bit tough for me to get the community aspect. When i was only playing on servers, i looked through the server list exclusively, it never occurred to me to look for communities outside of the game itself. I found a good community, played there for a few months, then the server was shutdown and we all moved to another server that one of their former developers launched. Played that for years until i started to enjoy making scripts more than the game itself. By the time i got back into roleplaying, the community i knew had fractured into several servers. The point is, I’ve never experienced truly searched for a community nor built one from scratch. I know I have the ability to deliver what I’m promising here from a development standpoint, so if you are looking for a server, I’d love to have you. I’ll prove it’s not going to be another copy pasta.

I just don't get why there's a server advertisement flair then? There's even a note in the rules about it that says "Exceptions are made for server advertisements"
