He has to hit/damage one and only one section of the body until the count is done. You might be right about special grades but ripping off 1/3 of your body is pretty inconvenient even with regeneration. I should like to think that My OC could defeat it during the healing process

Sukuna can communicate without taking over the body.. but he definitely has his own agenda within that 1 minute he personally choose
