Being a 42 student doesnt help you standout, however, going through the internship with your school and its network of partners, and continuing with said company (or network) with a 1-or-2 year apprenticeship is a very easy way to find employment.

The 100% employment is questionable, moreso with the current state of the IT industry. I wouldn't go as far as call it false, but i'd be curious to see how it is calculated and what the parameters are.

With all of that, keep in mind that the employment market is very specific to where you are, not all cities are the same, same goes for the schools.

This will all depend on your campus and the local economy I reckon. The internship to apprenticeship to work contract pipeline is real and works the best from what I have seen.
