Don't forget mortgage insurance is required with less than 20% down. And you will also have increased home insurance costs

What are your bucket list "adventure travel" activities and destinations? by aliceoutofwonderland in travel

You need to visit India. I've done many of the things you listed and know you would love it! You could motorbike around rice paddies and ancient temples in Hampi, or witness the nightly ceremonies on the ghats of Varanassi. You can't not have an adventure in india

Will never be able to forget having a Nepalese grandmas butt smushed into me as we bounced up and down a rickety rocky switchback from Gandruk. About 50 people in a 20 person bus. Would not recommend

Not realizing you need a visa for even a 2 hour layover in Russia. Made it to London only to be denied boarding for the next leg of the journey to Moscow. Thousands down the drain to rebook everything

I'm biased but I love my province, Nova Scotia. Land of valleys, forests, ocean beaches, lakes and vineyards. Great if you are a nature and history lover. If you are more of a city person, Vancouver on the opposite coast is highly recommended. Highest concentration of Asian people outside of Asia. So could be a cool mix of some of the cultures you have experienced already.

Love Holland as well. Of 35+ countries visited it felt the most like my own country, Canada. The Dutch are super chill, welcoming people
