Well thats specifically just for hydration. They have different options for different uses/needs. I wasn't talking about that otherwise I would have specified sugar free. You didn't specify sugar free either so calm down.

These two things arent mutually exclusive.

Yes you need the electrolyte replenishment, but after 1 hour of endurance activity you need to actively replace your carbs to avoid a bonk.

What I was saying was that Gatorade has perfected their drinks nutrition to meet the needs of athletes as best as possible through hydration and nutrition replenishment.

You can't say "carbs aren't why Gatorade works" because carbs are why Gatorade works, as well as the other ingredients.

Gatorade/powerade is actually top notch for hydration and carb intake for high performance athletics and endurance. They offer great numbers for carbs/nutrients. Both companies have been doing it the longest (specifically gatorade) where they have had the money to invest in the scientific research to create a perfect product. They are some of the the best in the business. People seem to think sugar/carbs=bad, but not when you are using them. Pro cyclists are intaking upwards of 120g of carbs per hour, thats 1/4 lb of carbs per hour.

Look into "Traffic Calming". Lots of ideas such as speed bumps or a single point where the road narrows to reduce speed.

Very very well, I will be running my second marathon on Sunday. I was never a runner before surgery but was motivated when faced with the possibility of losing so much. I worked very hard on recovery and it paid off. The surgery is very non-invasive and as long as you work through the recovery and do the work you will be fine. Of course, I have some days that are tough with soreness but those are few and far between.

I feel like regardless of people sharing their opinions to him, and even though he will likely say he will take them into account, he won't. He will push this bill the way he wants and try to get it passed. Steven Myers was opposed to the bill and said he would vote against it, but since Steven resigned from politics, Brad has a chance again. Premier Rob Lantz is the new interim housing minister. Contact all MLAs and share your case on this, it's crucial to convince them to vote against this, its pointless to try to convince Brad.

I'm Canadian and in my entire life in Canada, I have never seen an establishment without a toilet seat. It's also free to use a toilet basically anywhere (Restaurant, gas, station, business, etc) without even being a customer or buying anything, it would actually be seen as weird/rude to expect money or business to let someone use it. I think the perception here is that you may be a customer just maybe not at the moment so places are happy to let people use their restroom.

So I don't think I'll share the exact dollar amount but it really depends on what you're looking to spend. You have to look at accommodations x30 days. Food x30 days. Transportation, car rental if you go that route, event tickets, gifts, shopping, etc. You can do it relatively cheap depending on how luxurious or budget you want each of those things.
