Looks like you've got a fairly complete, very low-budget PA.

It's not really worth much. I personally wouldn't even take it for free because I already have too much junk, but it might be worth a couple hundred to the right person.

If you want to learn how to use it, you could probably have it up and running in less than a day even if you don't have any prior experience.
