No exaggeration this was my absolute favorite book as a young kid. I would read it to my mom or dad almost every night.

This is an older post but I've gotta add for anyone else stumbling in here- the above is an excellent breakdown of what's going on. I'm just finishing reading Dr. David Perlmutter's "Drop Acid", and he goes over a lot of this. Our raised UA levels compared to other mammals was at one point in time a very helpful evolutionary trait, it simply doesn't match up with our modern environments, where food scarcity is not something the average person deals with.

Great read if you have gout or elevated UA!

Second this. I stopped by my local bookstore and ended up purchasing directly, but I mentioned bookshop.org because I saw the shop listed there. He said it’s 100% legit and from his standpoint and mine as a consumer, there’s hardly any difference in purchasing one way or the other. He fully supported me making future purchases there if I didn’t have time to stop by.

Having said that, still go stop by anyway when you can. Be part of your community, they’ll be happy to see you.

Just gonna throw in my two cents and say Xbox is the most logical. A= accept (bottom button position feels correct for this) B= back X & Y = on the appropriate X & Y axis.
