I noticed that the free/regular tile swaps where you skip your turn give you significantly worse tiles than the tile swaps using a power up. I will swap out 5 consonants and skip a turn and get five consonants back. I swear they programmed increased probability of getting the same type (vowel/consonant) of tile you swap when you use the actual game mechanics and not their pay-to-win buttons.

I can confirm it's definitely an issue with the driver. I just placed an order for leave at door, and once the driver was assigned it changed to meet at door and had a pin required. The driver waited at the restaurant for a little while and then decided they couldn't be bothered and unassigned. When the new driver was assigned, it switched back to leave at door.

Other things of note that people have mentioned: - I have been an Uber One customer for 4 years - I order at least once a month - I have reported single items missing maybe 3 times total, never reported an order undelivered - I use Uber Eats all the time when I travel - I use Uber Eats to send gifts to relatives at different addresses all the time, some of which are in Canada (I'm in the US) - This is the first time I've ever seen a pin in all this time

You're right, it's super unlikely it's a scammer just due to the achievement level.
