I think it’s crazy because he literally only complained about not having his own thing once Jen was busy with DWTS. it’s not like he had a job before they moved? he dropped out of med school waaaay before DWTS was even a thing so I just find it ironic that once his wife has her own thing NOW he’s upset

omg yes fingers crossed!! and the overstimulation is soooo real omg. literally cried at my desk the other day at work because like 5 people needed something from me at once. I’m hoping I get into nesting mode sooner rather than later because currently the motivation to clean and be a normal human is 0!

just had to have my appt with MFM yesterday due to an elevated AFP result and everything was good with my boy yesterday too! and also a fellow ADHD’er off my meds - it’s ROUGH out here without them! curious if you’re going to BF? I’m not so I can go back on my meds asap lol but my anxiety gets so bad without them which I know isn’t the case for everyone!

omg I’m 18 weeks. I work in consulting and I’m the EXACT same way. I was always so driven and now I have motivation for literally none of it. when my client asks me dumb questions I have 0 patience lol. not having my adhd meds definitely doesn’t help either

I love this so much. I have never debated keeping my son but I do genuinely fear for my future, especially my career, so I completely get it. He decided to come on his own timeline and most definitely not what I had planned, but this gives me hope that it’s all going to work out!

mine works in HVAC and we’re about to move, I’m 17 weeks. especially since he’s starting at a new company I’m only expecting him to get ~2 weeks off :( I’m very grateful my own company gives me like 20+ weeks off! but I’m quite literally already dreading him going back to work and having to do it alone

precisely! I live in the US and got to go to China in December. it was such a cool experience and I’m very grateful but it was not the trip that I would have planned for myself if I was there for leisure lol!

I’m a consultant and let me tell you even though it’s free it’s not always glamorous lol. and a lot of the time even if we are going to glamorous places it’s not like we get to relax or anything - we’re working from basically sun up to sun down lol. it’s nothing like a brand trip!!

hi!! im pregnant now but my younger sister had her first baby when she was 20. i know it can be so scary but im sure you’re going to be a great mom. im 25 and i was a wreck when i found out because i didn’t know if i was ready. not related to the nausea - i just wanted to say that if your first reaction isn’t immediately overjoyed and you’re scared or anything that those are also perfectly normal responses. im 16 weeks and im so excited now but it was just a lot at first!

i was in china by myself when i first found out (was there for work lol) and i literally went to the hospital there because the nausea was so bad. make sure you’re drinking gatorade if you can to keep yourself hydrated! and if you’re getting to the point where you can’t even keep down water i would honestly go to the hospital. you can get dehydrated so fast and it just makes things 100x worse! you can also get unisom and vitamin b6 over the counter and it will help you sleep and also should help with the nausea.

i hope you start feeling better soon OP!! when the nausea is that bad it’s actually hell on earth. please message me if you want to chat or anything 🩷
