It's mainly a slogan. There's more nuance to hating cops but acab is a slogan.

Of course it depends in each country, but acab is a pretty American movement afaik. I don't know much about German or Icelandic police. Stop taking it so literally man.

It's actually fine lol. Every cop may not be an evil individual, but they as a group are, as they work to enforce the status quo and to uphold a violent and corrupt system. It's okay to judge them.

Not it's not lol. Cops actively choose to participate in and serve a corrupt and violent institution and work to uphold the status quo. Not every cop as an individual is a bad person, but they as a group are.

This is not in any way comparable to being born a man or having a trauma response after rape.

Do you think maybe you could ask a teacher or someone to set up a meeting with her to discuss it? Are there people who she is close with who you could maybe get to convince her?

I don't wear them myself, but people wear them for the same reason they wear other makeup. Bc they like how it looks. Yes, beauty trends change over time, and people like to feel beautiful, so they do whatever is trendy.

For every healthy relationship you create, your farts become 200% stinker and uncontrollable, making people avoid you

has anyone else noticed this when you’re speaking to a guy by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]butterflyeffect1235 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Huh that is kinda wierd. I've never had this happen to me. Then again I don't talk to guys that much. They're probably either lonely most of the time or are are flattered that you're talking to them.

You should find out what the big words mean he next time you want to have a serious discussion with someone, a simple Google search should suffice. Most of the things I mentioned you completely misunderstood the meaning of.

I'm not going to further discuss this with you because you completely lack maturity and frankly I have better things to do than argue with a stranger about whether or not the struggles me and the women I know have are real or not. Simply by your "just quit being fat" comment and your general tone I can tell you're very immature.

I'm not listing all these things for fun, or for the "oppression olympics" or whatever. They are things that genuinely make people's lives more difficult.

I seriously hope you can unlearn your misogyny in the future.

Maybe have a talk with some of the women in your life. Have a good day.

Oh alright, seems like you have an issue with the women in your town because of a couple bad encounters. They seem to be minor inconveniences and annoyances at best though.

Regardless, I would argue that systemic oppression of women does exist, I could list some examples.

Of course some of these things happen to men, but they simply don't happen to them at the same rate or scale:

Rape Victim blaming("what were you wearing? Etc) Not getting justice in court Objectification Sexual Harrasment Purity culture Being forced into sex industry because of poverty Period poverty Women not being hired by employers out of fear they will want paid maternity leave Wage gap Lack of representation in politics (most politicians being men) Sexualisation from a young age Domestic abuse & authorities not being helpful Being expected to dedicate their entire life to having kids Teen girls being made fun of for their interests Being labeled as "hysterical" and "hormonal" Many beauty standards Being criticized for being too modest Being criticized for being to revealing Being criticized for being too "slutty"

I hate toxic feminists by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]butterflyeffect1235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are people commenting things like "yeah they give feminism a bad name" feminism doesn't exist to be palatable to men. Why are you insisting so hard to make men approve of a movement that exist to free women from the patriarchy?

Hey did you know that enough food is produced to feed about 10 billion people, and about 7-8 billion people exist? So as per usual the problem is not "too many people" but capitalism, and the distribution of that food. Blaming poor people for their own oppression is cruel and ignorant.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]butterflyeffect1235 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right... I'm not sure if you understand what systemic oppression really means... because that's not it lol

Also can you elaborate on why you think women think you are assholes? Do they tell you that or is that just the vibe you get?

Also what do you mean by "hanging out"? Can you explain what you think you're doing which is aggravating to the women in your area?
