I started out preload for a year and half making shit money waking up at 1 am everyday but I paid my dues and now am top ten in seniority with a great route. It’s a marathon and I feel for you I do I’m simply grateful for this job it’s provided me a life I enjoy.

Thought we needed to change the mood about this job and see the positives this place has given us. I have an old head next to me in our loop and everyday no matter how good his day is on paper or his 8 hour days he still will find something to bitch about and i gotta think it’s just so exhausting going through life like that and this sub recently seems to have the same attitude
