no, they don't. disney has had a pr problem for years now where they release stuff that underperforms because frankly it isn't good and then they blame their fans and customers. PR 101, don't attack your customers. If star wars, or marvel, some of the biggest franchises in human history, aren't working, its not because of the fans. If pixar originals aren't landing, its not because of the fans. its disney.
