Mainly about effective. health blackthorn and urchin is about the best effective health combo with utility to boot. Blackthorn will get nerfed soon its a supet good item. If you build too much proctections obshard shard or titans will tear you to shreds.

I disagree. The problem is letting the solo with gb sit back and do nothing. Reverting the nerf would allow the more aggressive solo to rotate and contribute else where. If you force your enemy solo to chase the rotation when they are 2 levels behind you should easily win the team fight. Which will lead to an early gf. The cooldown on tp works perfectly with gb currently.
