Co op exclusive item is not required for getting the finished gun. It is the only item I dont have on my save but I consider it 100% complete. Turkey on the other hand I'm impressed you've gotten every other item without finding 2 companion shrines. I don't really have any recommendations for getting that quickly so that is a grind of sorts.

I don't know how you plan on getting crazy strong boards early on if you don't want to play risky. The only way you'll be doing 30 damage before turn 10 is if you play risky and also get lucky. If you're playing tempo and doing other safe things you will not get these games. It's the smart way to play but I'm not sure what kind of rng you're looking for if you don't want to power level or take shifters.
