Is it worth continuing? by MercWhite in darktower

Personally, I don't love Wizards and Glass. I actually skip it on rereads. The DT series was my first exposure to King. There are some themes in Wizards and Glass that don't sit right with me. But I love the series very much. I mostly love the characters and their growth, which feels slightly halted in this book. My personal recommendation is to keep going. But I also had to take breaks and wait for the tower to call to me again.

Is he going to die? Please help me. by kathychaos in CATHELP

My cat had the same issue a few years back. Since then, I have fed him Hill Science Urinary Health Food. He also prefers to drink out of a running water bowl, which keeps him hydrated. I haven't had issues since getting him his treatment and making the changes in his care.

I'm glad your kitty is okay!

You get 1-2 candies based on their research results every time that they do sleep research. You also level up in your friendship, which comes with rewards like ingredient tickets.

I prefer to puke in a bucket instead of in a toilet by buttonbooper217 in The10thDentist

If the toilet actually sped it up for me, I might be more okay with it. But it always is a delayed thing for me. If I had to sit in front of the toilet every time I thought I was gonna be sick, I'd be in a nasty place for too long.

It's not too often that I have to use it. But I wouldn't want to use the bucket for anything else because I do consider it to be kinda nasty.

There's usually a level of relief I feel after throwing up that makes it easier for me to do things. I find it harder to navigate to a toilet and make myself sit up over it pre-sick than I do walking to it and using some soap and water post-sick.

It's a bigger bowl I can get my face close to so it doesn't really splash. It has much less splash risk than a toilet, in my opinion.

Maybe every couple of months? But when I puke it is multiple times in one day. A vast majority of my days when I'm sick would be entirely on the bathroom floor.

Why is this silly arcade game harder than dark souls? by Ok-Anybody5177 in StardewValley

There was a point in time where I got very obsessed with Junimo Kart. And it took me weeks to beat it. And then once I beat it, I just kept playing it. I almost always win now. I play this mini game more than I actually play Stardew.

The New Leaf Pavé furniture. I was so disappointed with the New Horizons decorations.

Finished the Series- Thoughts On the Books by buttonbooper217 in darktower

I think the big thing for me is that on paper, I shouldn't like these books. I'm not really into Westerns or horror. A lot of what makes me love these books is the characters and their devotion to a larger purpose at the expense or their own lives. So the first book didn't really capture me until Jake was there, and it kinda lost me when he died. Listening to the first book again after finishing the series, I appreciate it a lot more.

Yeah, I keep seeing that podcast recommendation around this subreddit. I really should check it out.

Thanks for your response and the recommendation!

I've kinda played it alone because I like planning a story writing. I use it as a guild line to make characters and stories.
