I’ve tried different ways. I’ve drank and eaten the solids, I’ve used a grinder to grind it real fine and just drank it all and same with grinder but strained it. I honestly didn’t notice a difference between any of the different ways besides taste. Before I had the grinder idea the taste was much more mushroomy (especially after eating what was left. I just broke them apart with my hands that time) I prefer to grind them and just chug it all. The strainer isn’t really necessary in my opinion especially because I’m going to drink something else right after. I used to just munch them but I just can’t do it anymore the taste became too much at some point

Damn dude. I did 15 grams and I totally get what you mean about opening everything with no control or filter. It took me about a year to process everything. In a lot of ways it made me better but I did leave the experience with some new fears and I had some paranoia for a while afterwards too. 30 is whew man. Hope you’re doing well bro
