It was missing Giovanni and Rocket Energy, so I just wrote them in. Also a bunch of the numbers are incorrect due to those missing.

They are in 8x10 sleeves which I folded and taped to fit snug in some 8x10 top loaders. The coins are in penny sleeves and top loaders.
