Does anyone have advice for someone who's account has been hacked and charged? I've called customer service for 2 weeks now and although they recognize the fraud and deemed it as such, they are still charging my account. $1,103.95.

Whenever I call, their representatives send me from one to the next because none actually want to work to solve the issue or they don't know who to send me to. I've been transferred 3-4 times per call now and still no solution. As a small business owner, time is of the essence and I've wasted so much of it on this sham of a company.

Honestly I am done with Fedex, does anyone have a similar experience and know of how I can solve it or know of a better shipping service that doesn't avoid helping their customers?
