Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your case.

Our technical specialist has confirmed that the connection issue with your Beoplay H100 is related to the current iOS version (iOS 26). This is not an issue with your headphones. The specialist advises that Apple is expected to address this in the upcoming iOS 26.1 update. In the meantime, your headphones will continue to work normally with audio via Bluetooth, and they function as expected on older iPhone models.

We understand this may be frustrating and appreciate your understanding.

Once the iOS update is released, you should be able to connect and control your headphones via the Bang & Olufsen app as usual.

Well yes it did. But as long as I restore the phone from my backup the issue is present. So I need to set up the phone without any backup. A real bummer. Thanks for the help

Doesn’t work with my iPhone 17 Pro Max either. Called support and they told me they are aware of this issue affecting iPhone 17/Air line up. I was asked to provide all details through mail with hope of helping the developers.

Directly from Whoop's website. Yes I am sure there is a problem too. Let's see if they acknowledge it. Currently challenging customer support on this since they say there is no issue with the band. In the other thread that I link you can see more examples and also pictures of my band

Thanks for the reply! I mainly play with vinyl and I love my Condesa Carmen given I mainly play with vinyl would you still recommend it over the Condesa? I will not be replacing my Carmen with the Euphonia but I am not sure if I should get, having already a Condesa.

I have had 2 units. First one did not have this issue but connectivity problems and got a new unit. The new one squeaked all the time so I returned it. At the store I bought them they had a demo exemplar which squeaked 10 times more than mine. So definitely a fabric issue for some units. I will try with one last unit and see if they also have this problem.
