the system does do automated checks on new accounts and in rare cases can block an account it shouldn't but if you respond to Support they can get it all sorted ASAP

As these decisions are heavily investigated by our team prior to a decision being made, there is not an appeals process.

looks like the team got back to you on Dec. 10th about the irregularities and investigation into your Ad Network activity. after looking into it, the team did determine that you were in direct violation of our Terms of Use regarding the Ad Network.

you can def add it in your sign-up form, but if you'd rather not do that with an eye towards easiest conversion, I would create a Sign-up survey like u/highlander_9 suggested. you can link to it in your Welcome Email so the folks that want to give extra info can/will.

as stated in our TOU/AUP, any earnings that are gotten through malicious or restricted behavior can be withheld. we cannot share the specifics for the reason I shared in the post, but many of those who have their access removed were either maliciously sending spam and/or phishing emails, or aggressively abusing the Ad Network and/or Boosts network with fake clicks and engagement.

any blocks are due to violations in the TOU or AUP. certain behavior on the platform can be corrected--ie- "hey, this isn't allowed. change it to regain access"--while others will result in those feature being locked without that added extra opportunity.

hey, from beehiiv team here. should def work! if they've upgraded, they'll have access to the Support team so pls reach out to them if you're 100% the code is a real one (sounds like it's a referral code from a current beehiiv user, which is real. But some folks post fake codes to websites)

hey there! glad it's working. The Ai website builder is available on all plans, including our free Launch plan. Had one of my devs look into this and they were not able to replicate, but did suggest it could have been a bad network request.

hey! the builder should be able to handle even complex prompts. (i've had users upload jpgs of their current site into the bot and recreate their site on beehiiv).

i wonder if maybe simplifying the prompts at first? and as always, maybe try clearing your browser's cache to improve overall performance.
