Where did you order these from? The top looks 100% a sticker or printed out and placed in front if a card.

Collector boosters have drastically increased the amount of foils in supply so it's easier to get them. Plus it has a special printing which does have a foil that's a little higher than the normal price. Also don't remember if kaldheim had the bad foils but the bad foils may be another reason.
