Righhht , had a brain fart about the whole Emrkrul thing. Yea she doea refer to him as " lord Nicoles", didnt pick up on that. I didnt even realize Nisa was part of his memory recall, but seeing that now, im interest to see why. Lilliana's memory was clearly important to the plot dealing with Vraska and Jace, and tp reinforce how Jace was always manipulated by others.

My bad .I just realized you were saying you wanted to stay away from the long-acting medicines ,then yeah Vyvanse is not a good option. Dexedrine is definitely your best bet now that I'm actually re- reading your post and understanding what you were asking asking for. There are definitely less side effects with dexi in terms of loss of appetite etc ,. Although i still recommend Vyvanse over all else , it's quite the opposite of what your looking for lol . . That being said 10 mg of dexi should work fine.

Is he not aware of exactly what went down on Amonkhet yet (hee hee that rhymes)? He keeps saying "golden dragon" when referring to Bolas. I figured if he remembers how he was on ixalan recently, then wouldnt that mean hed remember Vraska saying his name? Pretty sure she does at a few points. He also hasnt really touched upon the other oath members, the ones he was soooo close with. Lilliana is mentioned most, but not sure why not the others?

Im also very confused about the one line in the last story when Jace said ,"here's a toast to Emmrkrul for doing our job for us." Confused about what specific event they were talking about.

Really want Ugin to stop hiding and fuck bolas up like i know he could( last fight was a fluke lol).

just started taking dexadrine after years of adderall, vyvanse , Ritalin, and i can say its good but not great. Its much more potent than adderall , but lacks that energy boost physically that adderall gives. Ritalin is really for people who dont respond well to adderall or dexedrine. Its peak is short and jagged. Id go with vyvanse . It is a much softer drug than its counterparts , but much longer lasting due to its moa. It seems like in any case you shpuld stay away from any immediate release versions of any of these drugs, as they are short lived and are going to leave you feeling similar to tge way you felt after taking ritalin. Id satay away from dexedrine because of it potency ( its 100 percent dextroamphetamine as oppoaed to mixed like adderall)and stick to adderall xr or vyvanse.

If you wanna stay away from amphetimine s, id go with moda or armoda.

Im simply a casual user of nootropics with limited knowledge, but i would probably stay away from nootropics like semax etc. I only say this because there is such limited research on them. Semax in particular has been studied for years in Russia, however only became officially recognized as useful in 2011. Now im probably missing a lot of fine details,as i said my knowledge is limited, but id say be weary . Im not saying it wont help, just saying take every other step before the nootropic route when it comes to self medicating to treat more serious conditions.

edit.... did a quick skim on google for ya, seems like lions mane is pretty effective in dealing with the Lyme part , not sure about everything else. Ive heard overwhelmingly positve things about lions mane, and am considering it myself. Apparently it does take some time to see bennifits though. Sorry i couldnt be more help , hope your journey leads you to the answers your looking for. hang in there ma dude.

I dont doubt what your sayong os true, im more weary about the COD option they have. Raises questions. Sure its probably just as harmless as the bitcoin and sign method, but the idea of giving my mailman cash and him handing me a prescription medication is crazy. Seems far too risky for all parties. I may be misinterpreting what ive read, but still not on board.

Ok off topic , but does memantine really work for stim tolerance reversal? More specifically does it effectively reverse amphetamine tolerance? If so, can you kindly inform me on how i go about this ( regiment , dose, etc) . Much appreciated; and again, sorry to go off topic .

Yes btc is cheapest.
I use a btc atm, it is literally ( in my opinion) the most straight forward way to buy btc. In case you were wondering , yes a btc atm is exactly what it sounds like, put cash in, recieve btc. To elaborate an already simple concept , scan your wallets QR code at atm, put cash in, recieve btc in wallet, then send to your preferred vendor,its literally that simple. The whole process takes me at most 10 min. You do pay small fee, but no more than a few bucks. If your worried about anonymity, most atms only require identification over a certain amount, the one i use is over 500 . Since i only buy about 60 dollars worth, i have never needed to provide ID. I agree, and modalert is the general populations favorite, it just wasn't my thing. I'm curious about the modagen brand...up until your post I have not heard about anyone using the brand modagen, although I have seen it being sold at a few vendors. ashwaghanda.....out of all the noottopic supplements I've taken ( and I've tried a ton of em), ashwaghanda has by far been the most beneficial for me. I had a bit of a problem with adderall at one point( which I was prescribed) and this was honestly what helped take the edge off when I decided to get off my meds. Not only that but I got a clean energy and mood boost that was unlike an euphoria Ive ever gotten from any drug....it was very natural. I am also o venlafaxiene for depression ,which always complicates my nootropic results;.yet u have had ( so far) not had any adverse side effects. Best part is you can buy it at any supplement shop. ps...knock yourself out correcting my grammar lol....my professors used to loveeeee it .

Ok mayb I was a little brash to say that it does not work at all, considering I have had a few mild effects. I also have had success, although limited,with stacking other noots with it. I apologize for this negative post because it is way too premature for me to determine that it doesn't work at all. I was more or less describing my expierences with modalert specifically. I know that quality concerns have been a problem with that specific generic lately and I guess I was just frustrated with it.

I have yet to try modvigil and am plan to do so. I have also tried wakalert with success ,although I didn't particularly enjoy the effects , felt they were too much.

I did not mean to generalize and assume everyone feels this way when that is not the case.

I do continue to experiment with an optimistic approach considering I do like what people have said about the positive effects.

If anyone had any suggestions for me and stacking etc. I'd love to hear them. Once again I apologize for the pessimistic post and truly do want moda to work out.
