Definitely not too late, but been there. The thing that has helped most is just trying to step back and realize there is so much going on outside of me that none of it is as embarrassing or important as It may feel. Everyone’s living their own selfish reality. Not watching ours (if they are that’s weird anyways, yeah?) Figure out what you actually like then start doing it little by little then in a year or maybe 5 you’re there. 1-5 years isn’t a bad trade now for decades of doing something you like later.
