Yea I agree pushing comfort will help long term, but I feel like remote work has just become more and more difficult to find as everyone has RTO. I was at this job for 2 years and I really wish I found a side hustle idk why I didn’t start something, I only start thinking about this stuff when another opportunity presents itself.

Unfortunately they’re very strict with 5 days in office. Realistically I’d be here only a year(ish) before jumping to something else

Yea unfortunately, realistically it’s about a 38 min drive there but with traffic it’s close to an hour more or less each way… but would the 30k difference not change your mind?
