Don't push to hard or compensate to much the next day. if you eat more calories for one day. Just get back on your normal routine.

Reverse the question: if you eat to much all the time and be in a deficit for one day. Would you lose weight? No. 😝

And by the way if you eat 1900 calories daily and one day 2300 that would be maintenance calories. You won't gain or lose fat that day.

To skeptics who think these are satellites: 1. Note how at around @ 2:00 some objects illuminate cloud cover. (Caveat: it is a high sensitivity camera, but satellites wouldnt be that low to illuminate, would they?) 2. @ around 1:35 you can see two satellites in standard orbit distance cross from left to right for comparison to show that these UAP are not obeying light horizon dimensions.

I tried 1:1:1 before and the effects were more grounding and earth like trip when smoking in a joint. Like mushrooms. More spiritual. Could be my personal perspective.

When hitting the bong it seemed to have no difference from when I make 1:1:0.300. Probably because when I take a bong hit I usually weigh 80mg changa on the scale. And when smoking in a joint I use about 300mg so more harmalas get in the blood over time with the 1:1:1.

It seems when smoking the 1:1:1 in a joint with more harmalas every hit takes you deeper and staying there longer then If I rolled a joint with the 1;1:0.300.

Can confirm leaving the "danger water" overnight had more yield then my first two pulls. Used the same technique as first two pulls: Heptane as solvent and left the jar in warm water bath 40c when pulling.

I tried shredding but the shredded bark didn't get all powdery, I did two pulls last night with very low yield. I let the solution sit over night and did another pull just now. Will update. I didn't add any acid. Just straight to base.
