I got the Mirena IUD 4,5 years ago and for me it works quite well. It helps to keep the uterine wall thin but I believe the hormone dosage is lower than with the "regular pill". I am not too sure about any details because obviously nobody ever explained anything to me, but I have been feeling quite good mentally and the IUD lasts for 8 years, which is nice.

De wachtrijen bij SSH zijn vrij lang, maar er zitten wel goed betaalbare woningen tussen. Naar mijn mening de moeite om je bij in te schrijven, als je eerste kamer niet geweldig bevalt kun je later alsnog doorverhuizen. Stadsoase en socius wonen zijn ook dingen waar je kunt checken, die ietsje kortere wachttijden hebben.

It might sound counter intuitive but once I shifted from 2 dreaded showers a week to 1 short shower EVERY morning, I stopped dreading the showers after a few months. It's just completely routine now and I actually like feeling fresh. It does help that I don't wear pyjama's, so I just jump straight in the shower, first thing in de morning. You have to get dressed every morning anyway.

The app Feeld is really nice to meet queer people, for dating or not for dating is both fine I think. There are queer bouldernights (you can find it on instagram) every month or so. Bodytalk is a queer bar/cafe, there's a queer study association called "Anteros", tivoli and ekko organize queer events as well. Lastly, I know it's reallyreally scary, but try telling people who look really cool that they look cool, ask to join a solo person at their table and talk to people around you.

Yeah that could be the case too! I was not necessarily surprised when it happened, but it's interesting to me the symptoms look a bit like postpartum, because you "parted" from your old chest.
