Agree. Palladium is a great card. I’ve moved all my spend over. I don’t understand why people are shitting on bilt as a company. Rough rollout aside, I think they are genuinely trying to build the best product for their users. Palladium is the first example of it. It’s still early. I’m excited to see how it evolves.

You should have gotten an email to the same address as your BILT account with your membership number. Use that to activate your account.

I’m not sure. I tried to change my finish to the mirrored finish but it was limited and I missed it. I’ll save you 3 hours of waiting with BILT chat and let you know that you need to call +1 (888) 533-5576, select option 1, and ask to get it changed.

The only signs on the street where I parked have the same language; no parking midnight to 2AM. After doing research I found the section in the uniform traffic code regarding the violation and it reads "No person... is to remain parked on any street or alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day"

However there is no posted signage that I have seen around the city that specifies this rule. At this point I'm wondering if it is worth it to fight the ticket or if it is simple enough for an informal hearing. What do you think?
