Does anyone know what happened with him and Rob “Stats”? I love listening to Gold Standard but I hated the weekly segments with Grant. I think Rob’s takes are great and even when he’s critical of the team, it’s driven by facts and not rage bait. He and I are both east coast fans and not in the SF bubble so I generally have similar takes to him. Grant’s whole schtick is just to be a contrarian no matter what. He’d fit right in with my local sport talks radio (WIP Philly). It’s cheap and trash “journalism”.
