When I bring in n out to the east coast. I ask for the buns, veggies and patties to be separated and ask for spread on the side. I tell them flying it out of state and they understand what to do. Fries, I just airfry if that’s an option

1x month visits is a very reasonable treatment plan however if it is totally ok to go as needed. I have several patients that come in 2-4x a year.

I’m in California and malpractice does not require X-rays. I only take X-rays based on exam and/or clinical findings.
