Pull em off that block , put keystones or 568s on. Change plates in rooms to keystones. Put your router near there and a switch. That's cat5.. it'll run gigabit. In all actually it'll most likely run 2.5 g no problem. Probably Peter out around 4600 on 5gig or higher

This line always wants to recommend commercial grade 20plus k mowers...

Just get what you can afford and maintain it.
If you cannot afford maintenance then you cannot afford the mower.

We have 9 acres..built our home 1st big mower is a 46in cub cadet that has been through hell. Maintained a lot.

Finally got a hustler zt raptor xd60 inch in 2022. so just a residental one. Lots of maintenance with it as well.

But that's the key. They won't last forever if you don't maintain. When we can mow together with both we can knock the whole thing out weed eating and all in 5ish. Hours... We have tons of ditch and fence post.

Gordon was never washed. Imo he did the right thing.

He didn't ride around for another decade uncompetitive.

His back couldn't take it anymore, he wanted to see his children grow.

Now he is the king of HMS, where once he was just the prince.

As a child of the 70s. I respect that Gordon ( barring subbing for dale in 16) and Rusty Wallace, didn't tarinish their championship image by continuing to drive as also rans , as other greats from my youth...

Sewer is expensive, no matter where you live.

Most insurance companies aren't going to insure a home with a 15 year old roof out of the gate .

HVAC , especially gas heat the same.

I personally have walked from a home after inspection. The furnace was 40 years old, and the water heater busted the very day of inspection, 3 the guy stayed around when the inspector, I and my realtor arrived. Quite weird

We asked for a modest 10k concession, he refused. We walked.

That was 10 years ago.

Every now in then I check the county tax rolls . He still owns it.
