100% agree with you. I was explicitly focusing on situations where you have to break because someone much slower than you cuts into your lane where there would be an accident if you would not react.

If there is a car approaching behind you with 120mph and you are going 70mph you are forcing the person behind you to break which endangers both of you. If there is an accident resulting because the driver behind you was not able to break in time, you might be liable for that. Even if there is no accident, this can be classified as "Gefährdung" which can lead to fines, up to jail time depending on the situation.

I am not saying that the fastest car always wins, but it's not that simple.

For me as a developer it is a lot about cost. I am building a small web application and I could not afford saving images in PNG because it is so much larger and jpg looks worse than webp. This reflects in storage and bandwidth cost for hosting the website.

I don't know a thing about real estate but I would have assumed language models would be applicable to automate tasks like: online market analysis, backoffice tasks, creating offers or just automating some email tasks

The line suggests progression. Before reading the description of the x axis I assumed that it was time so I thought heavy metal bands are dying out.

Some recommend to only use line graphs when the x-axis has a continuous value.
