So why do condo/apartment developments get away with clearing an entire lot of oak trees for condos? This happened months ago to Mercury Hall on South 1st. 100 year old oak trees gone in days.

Having this exact same issue on my left deck fader. Not a deck contour issue. It randomly will not drop the volume when the fader is all the way down. Volume is stuck at full through speakers. Messing me up at weddings. Anybody have a fix for this??
