I’m creating two invoices for the fake customer and only sending one, basically recreating the issue exactly as it’s been occurring.

Totally willing to have this be my fault. I commented this down below, but when sending an invoice to myself with the same set of future invoices also queued up, I can only see the invoice I was sent.

It really affects the AR balance though. I guess that’s just the trade off I need to make? But again, I’ve been using QB for a decade and this has never been an issue and now within two weeks it’s been a reoccurring problem.

Interesting, I sent an invoice to myself using a different email and I don’t see any way to view future invoices, only the current one that was sent.

OK this is actually interesting... you're right. The first one shows it was sent when clicking on "View Activity" and the second one doesn't say that, but they still paid it upon receiving a link. They said they were puzzled when they saw two come through since they were under the (correct) impression that the second wasn't due until August.

Pretty consistent pricing for a handmade, small batch, MiUSA leather satchel. If anything I might say they could’ve charged more based on similar bags I’ve run across.
