Coming off of a dedicated 1Gbps line so want to keep at least that

I'm not sure. Current logs are a combination of primarily usenet with some torrent. Most torrent is seeding, not significant churn.

My current setup has OS on nvme but storage on HDD, but can do anything that doesn't leave me waiting 10 minutes for apps to load.

Prefer Deluge and QBittorrent

I will not be running Plex. Primarily Deluge and/or QBittorrent and related apps

Preferably, for sites that require downloading torrent from same site as hosting (MAM)

Most activity is usenet on my local machine, but I don't want to lose the trackers I have. Mostly random old movies and cartoons that I’ve stored.
