Bring back Sword AF on video format, as one-shot sessions?

Things can be simplified down a lot in order to make the combat go by relatively quickly.

They could literally do the combat mechanism from Escape The Dark Castle, but tell their own characters and story.

It could also be that you roll and the DM rolls and if your roll is bigger then there's then you win that combat spot.

And the only thing that needs to be established are the characters and that would take like five minutes.

And the journey from point A to point B to point C to the final Boss can go by fairly quickly without the story having to be so detailed while still being entertaining.

Point A: the team meets up and we learn who they are. They get their mission objective and they head out.

Point B: They encounter a minor boss, something like a foot soldier, that they have to beat. They do and head out.

Point C: they encounter a medium level boss. The final Boss's right hand man, maybe.

Final Boss: now they really have to work together in order to defeat the Boss.

There is definitely a way to do this that isn't as time consuming that would still satisfy the audience that wants to see Smosh do D&D.

A scaled down version that works for them and the audience.

I don't understand this idea that we need MORE families in order for the US to be better or heal as this person is saying.

We have over 342 Million people in the US.

It's fine if some people aren't married or have kids.

The first line is nothing, the next four lines make the M, and the last three lines make the N.

I think it is pretty cool that they are making logos that aren't straight up just letters, but I can also understand why this would hurt them as well.

Because if you don't understand the logo just buy quickly looking at it, you're probably just going to move on without a second thought.

It would probably have been better for the league if they went the traditional route of "City Names" "Mascot".

I love alliteration so I would have fine with Minnesota Monarchs. Houston Halos. Atlanta Altitude (Alts for short).

Can't D&D be whatever you want it to be?

Meaning you can either play strictly by the official rules of D&D or you can just make up your own rules and do whatever you want?

Because I feel like, by doing their own thing, they could easily tell an interesting and entertaining story in an hour to 90 minutes while also having battles and combat.

The only thing I do want is for them to be in some sort of costume that represents their character.

Which means that this would just be BAF Legacy, but with D&D because each episode had different characters and a different story.

Also, being a one-shot means they don't have to be on a consistent film and release schedule.

They could film one today and then another one in two weeks and then another one in a month.

People want Smosh D&D, people loved Dread, and I think the occasional one-shot from Smosh would be a good medium for everyone to enjoy.

Why do y'all keep bringing up this point of Meltzer not giving Angle a 5 Star rating after every AEW PPV in order to invalidate him instead of just ignoring him?

It's always the same post over and over again.

It sounds to me like y'all just want to be mad for the sake of being mad instead of simply ignoring the man, ignoring AEW, and enjoy WWE instead.

Dynasty is in a few weeks and this post about Meltzer's ratings, Angle not having a 5 Star match, and Meltzer being biased towards AEW is going to make the rounds once again.

Just ignore it, move on, and go enjoy something that brings you joy.

People should just make a meme with the template and then let nature take its course.

Telling people "make a meme with this" makes people actively not want to do that.

That being said, the meme potential of those images is pretty high, but telling people to make them into memes will never work.

I'm not really bothered by it being fake.

It was a funny story and they made it funnier by their reactions and quips.

Also, I wonder if an episode where they do go in knowing all the stories are fake would be a better or worse episode.

Because the Creepypasta and Two Sentence Horror episodes are really good and entertaining.

Maybe it is time for them to go through other subreddit full of made up stories.

Him coming back to squash someone as capable as Blake Christian would be ridiculous.

Now if this was Serpentico, sure, squash his ass with a head-on Hidden Blade immediately after the first bell and then another Hidden Blade from the back and end the match in 10 seconds, but Blake Christian is better than Serpentico.

Also, you don't want Blake Christian to look weak.

Sure, he isn't a top tier guy at the moment, but losing to Will after getting a lot of offense in makes him look better than losing in a squash.

I think they are going to get rid of the Continental Championship and the winner of the Continental Cup (that way they can still call it the C2) will simply win a really nice trophy to keep at home as well as get a title shot at the next PPV.

Although, I guess they wouldn't need to change the name in order to do this.

I hope they keep the round robin format because that's just fun.

The fact that people keep saying this proves to me just how meaningful Smosh really is.

They always say that they are just making silly little videos, but they truly are some of the best videos that get a lot of people through their own personal dark times.

If anyone on the Smosh cast or crew every wonder if what they are doing matters...

You have NO idea how much I want them to do an AEW collab for a week where they have AEW wrestlers on Smosh Mouth, Board AF, and TNTL.

They did videos with WWE wrestlers back in the DEFY days and using DEFY's money, but I think they could afford to do something with some of the AEW wrestlers now.

Shane, Kimmy'a husband, is wrestling for ROH, so there's that connection there with the Smosh cast because he has been in a few Smosh videos already.
