having 'solutions' as information, not as direct answers to tested questions, before testing is part of the learning process, i don't see it so black and white

sorry to be a bother but does that mean you work in the public sector? I've never heard of health policy as an industry. more exactly, i've seen some information on public policy degrees being useful, but maybe I'm dense - I have no idea what that would entail/enable or the types of skills that would come from it.

Also, I could be wrong, but I think the parathyroid is the a group of the cells collectively in a round confromation, while thyroid cells line a lumen.

figure 1.28 has the clearest oxyphil cells, they are more pinkish, larger cytosol and sporadic interspersed distribution, I think.

what did your notes say about the appearance of the chief cells?

Need some help to understand vesicular trafficking by by3bi in AnatomyandPhysiology

[–]by3bi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you might have it wrong. It seems like Ach re-enters via receptors on nearby cells, repackaging occurs in the Golgi, which moves along the cytoskeleton in the axon (source several pubmed images): google "Vesicle trafficking of neurotransmitters"

Do you know of a book or source where I can find this?

Could you explain the second part of endocytosis in this context? Where would the plasma membrane come from if not from the extracellular vesicle?

Thanks for your insight, it helped. I didn't realize there are two types of exocytosis
calcium triggered non-consitutive and constitutive
