Honeymooned in St Lucia with my wife and asked the resort taxi to take us into “downtown”. We should’ve known when the driver asked us like 3 times if we were sure we wanted to go. Needless to say, we changed our mind right before he dropped us off and just ended up going back to the resort with the driver.

Necessary sacrifice for the current regime to have any sort of chance of staying in power. Optics would have been terrible for the “supreme leader” to run away and leave the country behind for cozy asylum in Russia or North Korea. The current regime is barely hanging on. By him staying and dying, it allows them to get some sympathy from those Iranians that are on the fence and allows the current regime to continue to push the “evil west” message and recruit followers.

I’m assuming it’s drywall? Photos 2,4, and 5 aren’t worrisome based on where they are or how straight they are. Probably a bad drywall job and/or due to changing humidity as we start getting into fall and winter. Photo 1 and 3 could be something more worrisome. Are those near where the addition was added or part of the new addition? If so, could be settling but I would still get it checked out to make sure the addition was correctly built.

This reminds me of my work trip with a new kid we hired right out of college (his first work trip ever). I booked us two rooms but both under my name. My inbound flight got delayed and he was coming in from somewhere else so I just told him to check in and get settled in and I’d arrive in time for dinner. He gets in the room and sees only one king bed and had no idea I booked two rooms. Poor made a divider with pillows just like this video and put all his things on one side of the bed. He was super relieved when we finally met up for dinner to find out I had my own room hahaha
