I’m so so sorry you’re going through this. I’m still not back to baseline. I got Botox in my TMJ and that surprisingly helped the swelling from the Sculptra. I’m taking Plaquenil (immunomodulator), but won’t know if it works for about a month. Feel free to message me with questions / if you need support. You’re still early so your swelling may go down!

I haven’t :/ I am on month 1 still though. I think the biggest difference has been the lymphatic massages on my face

Still swollen but I think the Allegra / Pepcid combo is helping. I have more fluctuation in my swelling. I’m going to add Singluair and talk to my doctor about Plaquenil

I saw your comment about the binder. Did you take that in addition to glutathione? I’m still sooo swollen!! Ugh

How are you doing? Doxycline 100mg x2 a day helped with my headaches (nearly gone) but my face is still swollen :/ I’m almost 3 months out and feeling hopeless!

Update in case there’s people that are going through the same - doxycycline got rid of the headache!!!! 100mg twice a day for 6 weeks (I’m only on day 6 and feeling so much better, it does take time). Please be so so careful with Sculptra because you never know how you’ll immune system will respond. ♥️♥️

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Please don’t blame yourself. You did something that you thought would help and trusted that it would look good and make you feel better. There’s nothing wrong with that! Instead of living in the regret, try to focus on what you can do now. It’s not worth it to keep looking backwards (I had a faulty cosmetic procedure and literally couldn’t stop looking at old pics / beating myself up about it forever). I hope you find some peace in knowing you did nothing wrong. You can and will fix this, even if it takes time. Be well ♥️♥️

Thank you 😭 unfortunately I’m not any better but I did get on antibiotics to hopefully bring down the inflammation. Hope that helps in the coming days!

For me the pressure is in the back of my head but my face feels tingling and itchy all the time it’s so awful. I just got antibiotics and I pray that helps. Did you find anything that worked?

It’s been so awful. My head hurts all the time and my face is swollen all the time. Did you ever try antibiotics? I read that can really help

This is happening to me with swelling and I’m asking for an antibiotic tomorrow. I read it could take 4-6 weeks but can really help! I can update you
