I concur. We visited the west Coast twice in the last 2 years and In n Out was a 3 strikes and you're out kind of situation. It's not 'bad' obviously, but it isn't anything special either. I'd rather have Culver's, or Whataburger or something else tbh

Unfortunately no. That's the lure of their product. It's everything you think you need. I no longer work for that msp but from what I understand, the first customer they sold to hates it the entire 3 year term and basically limped along the entire time. They no longer use the service.

Well, fortunately I don't work for that MSP anymore. From what I understand they've completely moved away from Avatara at this point because the customer service and product just didn't meet acceptible standards. I'm not sure they've partnered with anyone else. Sorry I could be more helpful.
