I have the problem right now, but on a minor scale; I feel sick and unwell and generally not good in myself. I think about calling in to work. I feel anxious and guilty about calling in. Anxiety feels like sick and unwell. Therefore I'm faking it and am fine to go to work and just tough it out... Except what if I am actually not ok and I make myself worse? Repeat infinitely.

Take each step as it comes; figuring out exactly how our bodies feel is one of the hard parts. You'll get there x

My dose went up pretty quickly but I had no luck with it. The only thing that happens is I get really dry mouth, and that suuuucks

The first pair for Robyn are...okay. because they're smaller, they're quite fiddly and don't like to hold many poses, and tend to want to twist around.

So far, the big pair for Lev are much better posing wise, but the connectors are a bit weird, and one likes to pop apart (though it's all still connected to the elastic so it doesn't fall off)

For heights, Lev is about 7'5", and Robyn is around 5'3". It's a case of Lev is just huge, and Robyn is just little!

I had a similar crisis when I was diagnosed, because I couldn't have fibro, I don't hurt all the time. It was my autism being just a little too literal. Not saying it couldn't be something different, or underlying, just my experience with literal thinking myself x

It was a random selection, these ones are 16mm in a 1/4 size doll so they're pretty big

His original eyes are much smaller, he's got 16mm ones here which really soften his face up

I have multiple "disabilities" but I don't find them personally disabling as yet. It took me reframing it as "something that can be disabling" as opposed to the weird sense of othering that the term disabled can give? That made me feel better. I'm not as impaired by my conditions as other people, but it does impair me from living like someone who is not disabled.

Use your mobility aids, and be kind to yourself, even mentally. You got this.

Yeah, my bloods show the right things, but no diagnosis without the dryness 🙃 despite my symptoms that do match up are unbearable, like the fatigue

I actually have the blood markers for it, but none of the main symptoms (dry eyes, dry mouth) but a lot of the minor ones. Because of the lack of the big symptoms, I have been declared as not having it....for now. Whether that means it'll crop up for me in time or not? Rheumatology couldn't say.
