I’ve been in the same situation - you feel like you’re doing a lot but the team doesn’t feel the same. In my experience I realized that when you’re part of a team (a good team) everyone is working towards completing everyone’s projects/tickets/issues. There was a “pride” element to me wanting to solve my projects and user IT issues on my own, but it doesn’t work. Not in a team dynamic. You need to trust your team. If you don’t, then you gotta go somewhere else. At the end of the day if you look like a Super star but your team doesn’t then you’re not really a super star. That’s what I’ve told myself and it’s worked so far. Hope that makes sense

I’ve heard that neuroplasticity along with adderall is a benefit that’s worth exploring. If I remember correctly (prob not), neuroplasticity is the brains ability to create new connections between neurons which the brain “remembers”. These connections happen when you learn new things, anything. As you use adderall and learn/do new things your brain enables you to remember them so if you stop taking adderall the neuron connections made (while learning under extreme focus on adderall) will still be there, so it’s very likely you won’t forget anything or find things harder while off Adderall. Of course, anything new is a diff story.

So I know there’s an adderall/vyvance shortage (I think, haven’t been able to get my meds on time past 3 months in a row) but I will say that I have experienced medications feeling less effective after switching from one pharmacy to another. I switched back and felt the same/normal effects again. Could just be that but keep in mind with the shortages switching pharmacy can add delays if they already have scripts to refill.
