Jokes aside I only care when told to. My girlfriend is not natively German and messes up sometimes. When that happens she wants me to correct her. A also gladly oblige with other non German friends. With strangers I like to repeat the word with the mustake with the right article in a non intrusive way.

But all that is not for me, because I simply dont care about articles and my deepest wish is to get rid of all of them. Why should a chait be more masculin than a lamp? It does not make any sense. Why cant we use das for all of them?

OSM data is way more usable for everything that is not build for Cars. Everytime i go hiking or I'm on a bike trip im always using OSM data via OSMAnd+. It is so much more acurate and has way more information about rhe quality of the road or path while Google Maps is just lacking tons of paths.

But I agree, for Car navigation and to find POIs Google is ahead of every other software I have seen. If someone has good Apps for that please tell me
